Our founder started his career more than three decades ago as a crane operator, working in some of the most demanding environments across the country. Over the years, he saw a consistent gap in how safety was taught versus how it was actually applied in the field. That’s when the idea for Qualified Rigger and Signal Person Training, LLC was born.
